Day 1: Arrive Dublin
Arrive in Dublin and you are met by your private driver and transferred to your hotel. You are provided with tickets for the hop-on-hop-off tour of Dublin. This fun and friendly 90 minute tour, is complete with live commentary. Stops along the tour route include Trinity College, The Guinness Storehouse, Dublin Castle, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Kilmainham Gaol and the Old Jameson Distillery. After lunch, you will enjoy some free time.

Day 2: Dublin
Full Irish Breakfast at the hotel. Today enjoy a day tour to the Wicklow Mountains. You leave southwards to Wicklow, the “Garden of Ireland”. You journey down through the picturesque town of Enniskerry and travel further southwards to Glendalough, famed for its beautiful and historic scenery by two lakes. One of the most impressive clusters of medieval monastic monuments in Ireland is situated here as well as an interpretative centre. There are lovely walks by the lakeshore and in the surrounding hills. See the pretty villages of Laragh/Clara, Rathdrum, Roundwood and Avoca which houses one of the oldest mills in Ireland – Avoca Handweavers before your return to Dublin. In the late afternoon return back to your hotel in Dublin for your last overnight stay.

Day 3: Dublin – Belfast
Full Irish Breakfast at the hotel. After your breakfast in your hotel, you will take the train to Belfast (journey time approx. 2hrs 15mins). Visit the new Titanic Experience: Housed in an iconic, 6-floor building, this state-of-the-art visitor experience tells the story of the Titanic, from her conception in Belfast in the early 1900s, through her construction and launch, to her famous maiden voyage and tragic end. The adventure begins the moment you walk through the door and into the building’s giant atrium surrounded by the four ‘ship’s hull’ shaped wings which house the Titanic Experience.
Day 4: Belfast – Giants Causeway – Belfast
Full Irish breakfast at the hotel. As you leave Belfast, you have a short photo-stop at Carrickfergus Castle to give you a taste of what is on offer on the day ahead. Enjoy the first main stop of the day, where the brave can make the terrifying trip across the Carrick-a-rede Rope Bridge, and back again (March – October only when weather permitting). Then travel onwards to the main highlight of the tour – Giant’s Causeway, Ireland’s only world heritage site. You can spend some time climbing over the ancient stones, before making a retreat to one of the tempting cafes or restaurants at the Causeway for lunch. After you refuel at the Causeway, you will re-board the coach to move on to the world’s oldest licensed whiskey distillery at Bushmills. You will have time here to browse in the extensive gift shop, or make a visit to the Bar to have a swift taste or two of the famous tipple! For those who have any energy left after this activity packed a day, there is a visit to the ruins of the ancient Dunluce Castle. You can then relax on the journey back to Belfast.

Day 5: Depart Belfast
Breakfast at the hotel. Private transfer to Belfast City Airport. Bid farewell to Northern Ireland.
